Returns Logistics Coordinator

The Returns Logistics Coordinator role is responsible for the handling and storage of returned products from customers as well as organizing and executing returns to Clarion's domestic and international vendors and products to be disposed of. This role requires attention to detail and close working relationships with many departments within Clarion, including but not limited to Regulatory, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse and Finance. This role provides reporting and detail to the management team allowing for a clear understanding of the flow of returned goods as well as compliance with vendor return requirements.

The successful applicant will:

  • Vendor Return (RTV) handling, processing and shipping
  • Returns Inventory Management, as per GMP and Quarantine practices
  • Maintain and process inventory of key service parts
  • Training and process improvement
  • Disposal of drug/natural health products

 

We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:

  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-5 years experience in logistics and international shipping
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Understands and is familiar with inventory and purchasing concepts
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes, work well within a team environment
  • Analytical
  • Solution-based problem solver
  • Solid verbal, written and documentation skills
