Medical Bilingual Technical Support/Customer Service Representative

The Technical Customer Service role is responsible for the coordination of service repair, maintenance and system upgrades. All information is to be captured accurately and on-time into Clarion's database following Clarion's own service guidelines.

 

The successful applicant will:

  • Respond to external and internal customer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensure efficient and prompt dispatching of service requests, service calls and customer requests resulting in the optimum solution.
  • Coordinate and track all repairs, customer service orders and returns and equipment loaner activities with customers, Lab Technicians, Capital equipment, Purchasing and Shipping.
  • Coordinate and track all emergency repairs and activities with the Lab Technicians, Sales, Service Technicians and customers. Communicate follow-up items as needed.
  • Accurately enter service request details and relay details to the appropriate service technician and customer.
  • Document complaints and customer feedback and ensure that all follow-ups or corrective actions are handled timely.
  • Prepare accurate service quotations for billable customers and work in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager by providing leads on potential service contracts sales.
  • Act as backup for other areas in the customer service department as required.

We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:

  • 5 years of exceptional customer service experiencer in the medical or technical fields
  • High School Diploma
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Proven solutions provider, sound decision making
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to manage stressful environments and manage internal and external conflict at times
  • Attention to details
