Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Consumables

- 12 Month Contract

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Consumables to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.

The CSR role is responsible for the coordination and processing of all incoming customer requests for orders, returns, tracking, and credits, as well as accurately processing all promotional transactions while meeting both Customer's requests and Clarion's own service level expectations. This is accomplished by efficiently understanding, utilizing and maintaining Clarion's database and ensuring that all records, transactions and documentation are processed on-time and accurately.

We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:

  • A minimum high school diploma is required. Post-secondary degree/diploma in any discipline would be an asset
  • Fluent in both English and French; verbally and written
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP systems
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office; Great Plains would be an asset
  • 3+ years Customer Service experience; medical field would be an asset
