Aesthetic Capital and Skin Health Sales Representative
The Skin Health and Aesthetic Capital Regional Manager will be responsible for increasing sales with existing accoutns and through the acquisition of new accoutns by leading a regional team of consultants with assigned territories. This will be achieved through active promotion of Clarion Medical Technologies priducts and services.
The successful applicant will:
- Work with Director to identify, develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Work to strengthen company relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other strategic relationships that are beneficial to the organization
- Assist and guide in the strategic planning, management and execution of all sales activities in your territory
- Continuously identify revenue opportunities with our established client base and manage consistent growth by securing new accounts
- Analyze industry, market and competitors to assist in making informed strategic decisions
- Work with national counterparts and interdepartmentally to deliver and drive sales excellence
- Maximize efficiency and productivity by analyzing processes and helping to create/adjust new procedures
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the company’s survival and growth
- Assist in performance appraisal
- Plan, assign and direct work
- Guiding employees’ professional development
- Motivating, rewarding and disciplining employees
- Assist the hiring and selection process for business unit by conducting candidate review through participation in interviewing process
- Assist in development processes to ensure that staff has the proper materials, systems access and training to complete job responsibilities
- Act as a coach and Mentor
- Assist in creating sales objectives by forecasting and reviewing annual sales quotas for individual representatives/territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Review and assist with yearly budget (revenue and operating expenses) and ensure processes are followed to maximize revenue and profitability
- Work at trade shows, customer training events and attend quarterly aesthetic meetings.
We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:
- Educational training in either aesthetics or cosmetics
- Laser and Light based experience is an asset
- Must have managed a previous territory with a minimum of $2M in revenue for a minimum of 2 years
- Minimum of 7 years of sales territory management experience
- Strategic foresight for tactical sales plans
- Leadership experience in a sales environment
- Strong relationships with Key Accounts
- Team player that is comfortable working with sales and marketing to develop strategies to grow current business and win new business
- Creative with the ability to manage and reset priorities in rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct training/demos and present information in a clear manner
- Sales oriented person who thrives in meeting/exceeding sales targets by creating a team that consistently calls on existing and potential clients to identify their current or perspective needs and provide information about the company products/services including demos and quotations
