Frequently Asked Questions

When can I purchase a Service Plan?

At any time. If you are considering or have recently purchased equipment from Clarion Medical, you will receive a Sales Warranty with the purchase. Prior to the expiration of your Sales Warranty you will receive notice of the upcoming expiration and be presented with a quote for a Service Plan to continue the same level of coverage. You may choose to have the Service Plan immediately follow your Sales Warranty or decide to move forward with a Service Plan at a later date. If you decide to move forward with a Service Plan at a later date and it has been over 30 days since the expiration of your Sales Warranty, we will need to do an assessment on your system to ensure it is in proper working order before activating a contract. There is a fee for this but the fee will be waived if you sign a Gold level Plan for this system. If there are any repairs needed to bring the system to working order you will be charged accordingly.

What if my system does not currently have coverage from Clarion Medical?

We will perform an assessment of your system to ensure that it is in good operational condition. This is normally a billable service at our standard labor rates; however with the commencement of a Service Plan, the assessment fee will be waived upon signing a full Gold level plan. Any repairs required to bring your system up to working order will have to be performed prior to commencement of a Service Plan and any costs related to this will be clearly disclosed and will be the customer’s responsibility.
