Thermage On the Doctors
Thermage was featured on the September 19, 2008 episode of THE DOCTORS. Dr. Bill Johnson, owner of Innovations MedSpa in Dallas, Texas, conducted a LIVE Thermage abdomen procedure which showed a real patient receiving treatment during the live taping. One of the hosts of the Doctors measured the patient before and after treatment and revealed that the patient had lost volume above and below her navel, without surgery, while awake. Tina Malcolm, from Dr. Robert De Stefano's office in Calabasas, CA, performed the treatment using a new 16.0cm2 body tip. The new body tip, which has not yet been released commercially, is five times larger than Thermage's current tips, resulting in treatments that are twice as fast. THE DOCTORS is a new one-hour syndicated daytime talk show, from the creative team behind the long-running hit series "Dr. Phil."

Footnote: Please note that the 16.0cm2 body tip is still in a pre-market evaluation phase, and a full commercial launch date has not yet been announced. Preliminary results are very positive, and Thermage is working diligently to launch this tip as quickly as possible.
