GOLD         

Our best standard offering that covers maintenance pre-paid, parts, labour & travel at 1000% with a very small list of exclusions. Gold customers also enjoy priority response times within 24 hours and express parts delivery.

SILVER

A balanced package for customers with a budget in mind. Offers very reasonable pricing with maintenance pre-paid, 50% coverage on parts, labour & travel and fast response times.

BRONZE

The value conscious coverage choice that offers all maintenance pre-paid, technical support and 10% off parts, labour & travel.

FAQs

When can I purchase CESCP?

At any time. If you are considering or have recently purchsed equipment from Clarion Medical, there is usually some type of coverage furnished with the purchse. You may pre-purchase CESCP as part of your sales package, or implement when the original coverage has expired.

What if my system does not currenlty have coverage from Clarion Medical?

We will perform an assessment of your system to ensure its good operational condition. This is normally a billable service at our standard shop rates, however with the commencement of a CESCP, the assessment fee may be waived.* Any repairs to bring your system up to good order will have to be performed prior to commencement of a CESCP and any costs related to this will be clearly disclosed.

Why Clarion Medical?

Clarion Medical is the exclusive authorized service provider for the products we support. Third party service providers do not have access to manufacturer's training, authorized parts, software updates or other additional components. In addition to this, Clarion Medical invests heavily in technician training.

How long can I purchase coverage for?

Our plans are a minimum of 1 year with pricing that can be guaranteed up to 5 years technology is constantly evolving; Clarion Medical will always endeavour to offer coverage as long as possible, even after systems are no longer sold as new.

What isn't covered?

Items that would be considered wear and tear, consumables and any damage caused by accident, or through misuse or neglect. These terms will be clearly indicated as part of your CESCP package.

How can I pay?

Your CESCP can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually by pre-authorized payments from a designated account or credit card, or via post dated cheques.

What if my systems are rented or see very high use?

Although our standard packages will satisfy the needs of most clients, some may have different or more demanding needs. The Ultimate Choice package is fully customizable to your individual needs.
